[tei-council] overriding @rend on <list>

I take it from http://bits.nsms.ox.ac.uk:8080/jenkins/job/TEIP5/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/release/doc/tei-p5-doc/en/html/ref-list.html that
we’re now in a stable happy state where people can override things like @rend in the P5 source, and nothing breaks

to celebrate, I am going on holiday now for 2 1/2 weeks, having made a new Stylesheets release (7.22) to mark
a stable point. this includes a new oxygen package release.

y’all don’t break nothing while I’m off, y’hear?
