the Guidelines are built by executing the target "html-web.stamp” in the
Makefile in the SVN P5/ directory. Effectively that runs the XSL
Utilities/guidelines.xsl on the P5 sources. That XSL imports
lots of XSLT from /usr/share/xml/tei/stylesheet by default, which
is where the Stylesheets are installed by default.

Remember, in general, that our Guidelines web pages are a special
case (extra refinements for our web site) of code which has to work on Joe Normal’s
ODD file too.

Obviously, at any point in this, make a note of ways in which
you think the setup could be made easier, and shout.
