[tei-council] TEI Technical Council: Face to Face Meeting 2014-06-30 to 2014-07-02

I added three things on day one. One of them is possibly foisting some 
work on Lou and Sebastian:

PureODD: Can Lou tell us where we're at and where we're going, and 
Sebastian talk about implementation (working, planned, and blue-sky)?

Is that OK, or is it too short notice?
