[tei-council] Fall F2F scheduling followup

The 29th to 31st oct would certainly suit me a lot better than the 5-7 
nov, as  I will probably be in Chicago till the 26th anyway.  But if I'm 
the only one who feels that way I'll shut up, and join you by skype on 
the 5th.
