[tei-council] TEI Council Fall F2F

Hi Hugh,

Before anyone else answers: could you make it a Yes/No/Maybe poll? There 
are dates I can manage but I'd rather not (for instance, flying the day 
after Thanksgiving Weekend is most likely going to be horrible, but I'll 
do it if I have to).
