[tei-council] New Poll for Face-To-Face Oxford 2014

Just clarifying something:

The times for teleconferences in May, August and October are UTC, not 
British time, right? So they'll be at 3pm in Britain due to British 
Summer Time (and 7 am for me, as opposed to 6am for the other 
teleconferences).
