Hi Hugh/Peter, (Ian CC'ed)

They are both running under tomcat I believe.

Ian is sysadmining  www.tei-c.org. Ian, is there any way to up 
the memory allocation for tomcat (if you think that is indeed the 
problem) since it is definitely having a problem.
