[tei-council] Bug 506: examples for @corresp

i am a bit baffled by this. This says to me that the <note> is at the end, but
is referenced from where #a001 appears, using @target as prescribed. What
does the @corresp say? just repeating the same information with a different
notation? why would anyone do that?
