actually, I find this doesn’t work on the surface. If i open oXygen and tell it to load
http://www.tei-c.org/release/xml/tei/odd/Source/Specs/p.xml, it finds the line

<?xml-model href="../../p5.nvdl" type="application/xml" schematypens="http://purl.oclc.org/dsdl/nvdl/ns/structure/1.0”?>

and says

	IllegalStateException - cannot validate without schema         

as it cannot find 

	/Users/rahtz/Library/Preferences/com.oxygenxml/extensions/v15.1/frameworks/http___www.tei_c.org_release_oxygen_updateSite.oxygen/tei/xml/tei/schema/p5.nvdl         

what to make of that, I don’t know. I leave it to oxygen users to understand…...
