Well, we are not talking about the *latest* trunk version which should definitely point at lastSuccessfulBuild. Issue is about the *released* versions (as subversion tag, as zip archive, at TEI Vault, …?) of the spec files which still point at lastSuccessfulBuild but should link to the appropriate schema.
