[tei-council] Council Chair Elections

Dear TEI Council,

Please remember that the incoming Council must elect a chair from 
its own membership and that we had set a deadline of "the last 
Friday in November" for those interested in being chair to send a 
brief statement on why you think Council members should vote for you.

This is your reminder. If you are on Council next year and wish 
to be Chair, please say so on the Council list before the end of 
this Friday.
