Hi Martin,

Don't worry, I'll sort that out.

I'll also write an executive summary of the meeting and put it at 
the top. (Was going to do it in the google doc, but forgot.)

If anyone has any last minute changes, let me know in the next 
day or so before I announce them on TEI-L.
