[tei-council] Electing a TEI Technical Council Chair for next year.

The electors are the new Council, i.e. those valid from Jan 1st, I assume.

Are you asking if we want a secret or an open ballot? I’ll go in favour of an open
ballot, but with some worry, so if everyone wants closed I shan’t object.

I am willing to be Returning Officer, since I shall not stand for election,
if people trust me (can’t think why they would, but hey). The Doodle
hidden poll seems fine to me.

Can I suggest we hold the election during the first week of December, to give
a month or so handover?
