[tei-council] Oxford 2013 face-to-face meeting.

Hi all,

Apologies for the long delays in getting things moving towards 
organising an Oxford 2013 face-to-face TEI Technical Council meeting.

Looking at the doodle poll the best dates are Monday 11 November 
2013 - Wednesday 13 November 2013. So let's say that those dates 
are now carved in stone.  *please* put them into your diary right 
now. No, not later, I know you'll remember to but please humour 
me and do it right now. ;-)

Next I'll need to know what *nights* accommodation people might 
need me to organise for them. This is term time so everyone might 
not all end up in the same place.

With that in mind, please fill out this doodle poll:

Select what nights you need accommodation booked for you in 
Oxford.  If you do not need accommodation (because you are 
sorting it out yourself) then just choose 'no' for each night. 
;-) If you have any special requirements, such as bringing a 
partner, please email me the details.

Once this is out of the way, we'll try to schedule a tele-conference!
