This relates to XInclude processing. The stylesheets don't do Xinclude when they
read the source. This is what the generated file "p5.xml" is for.

I wouldn't use roma.sh myself, but the problem is the same whichever
way you work - the XSL uses document() to open the document flagged
as TEI source, and jumps to what it wants.
