[tei-council] Translating CO into FR

Just to double-check does that mean you will have already 
proofread the translations and checked them in by the end of June?

I'm just thinking that we're planning a Guidelines release in the 
first week of July so that would be really convenient timing to 
have these included in that release! :-)
