Hoorah! I have fond memories of staying at the Biltmore in a previous 
lifetime, probably for some SGML conference (SGML-92 maybe?)

Has anyone yet asked the usual question about whether we are aiming to 
finish in time for an early evening flight on Saturday? And if so, what 
was the answer?

Re arrival time, if there is some kind of "welcome TEI" event planned 
for Wednesday, I'd be delighted to attend/participate (jet lag 
permitting) but I need to know SOON.
