[tei-council] Stormy Weather

Can't speak for Julia, but fortunately the urban center is holding out
well. We have close to 2 feet of snow, lots of drifts that are worse, sadly
exactly where we have to shovel. But we have power. Can offer shower and
other help if anyone needs it, once we can all circulate again. The roads
are nominally plowed, but not advisable to drive yet.

As I embark on a day of hard labor, I hope everyone else is ok. --elli
