[tei-council] Doodle Poll for Spring Council meeting

I believe Elli offered just weekdays because it would be more 
difficult at weekends?  That is my recollection, please do 
correct me if wrong! I'm free almost any time during that period. 
While I have a meeting on Monday 8 April, it probably won't miss 
me much.
