[tei-council] Doodle Poll for Spring Council meeting

If we did 10-12th, would Sebastian not be able to come at all, because 
of whatever's clashing on the 12th? I ask because if so, then 11-13th 
would be no worse, and would fix Hugh's clash...

(And be one less day those of us who need to spend a Saturday night 
would have to stay extra at the end.)

Would that work for Brown folks?
