Okay, but do you agree with Sebastian that we shouldn't do it when 
adding new examples?

I can of course tweak an example from the chapter before inserting into 
the spec, but that feels silly.  If that's all I'm doing, why not keep 
the example as is (albeit without a mechanism to keep them in sync)?
