[tei-council] reimbursement in non-$

Out of curiosity: for those of us who applied for reimbursements in
currencies other than USD, how does the amount transferred relate to
your claims, when checked against, e.g.

http://www.oanda.com/currency/converter/

?

(in case you're wondering: I'm OK, I can afford to donate the difference
to the TEI, it used to be worse; but I'm wondering about the general
principle applied in such cases, as it's never seemed very transparent
-- I mean, have I made a false, overstated claim? I'd like to be able to
apologise if that were the case...)

Thanks,

  P.

PS. Let me also note that the mention of Sarah as the Treasurer is
outdated at:

http://wiki.tei-c.org/index.php/TEI-Council-FAQ#What_funding_is_available_for_Council_Activities.3F

(I'm afraid to fix it myself: not sure who it should point to, and maybe
rather at a TEI-related rather than personal e-mail address)

and that the as-of-then unapproved procedure at and below
http://www.tei-c.org/Board/procedures.xml#body.1_div.8

cites a reasonable month, rather than 10 days, as the reporting period.
