[tei-council] Errors/warnings from P5 build

The freshly-minted (if rather feeble) UVic replacement Jenkins server 
reports the following issues after building P5:

BUILD SUCCESSFUL
(2 Warnings in this section)
1 tei_tite.dtd:810: parser warning : PEReference: 
%att.datable.w3c.attribute.period; not found

2 tei_tite.dtd:1341: parser warning : PEReference: 
%att.datable.w3c.attribute.period; not found

I also see them on the Oxford server, so it's something that needs 
looking it. It looks as though it might be related to the duration stuff 
Lou dealt with the other day.

There's also this, twice, although it's something I just need to fix in 
the log parser:

make[2]: [mobi] Error 127 (ignored)

Other than that, it works, which makes me inordinately happy. It did, 
however, take 3 hours and 11 minutes to build P5. So an ARM processor 
really isn't up to the job.

Hoping to get our real Jinks back up tomorrow...
