May I ask the Council to have a quick look at

I'm a bit afraid that I'm trying to put a stick in our wheel, with a 
chance to succeed :-/

The issue is the semantics of <fDecl> with dcr:datcat on it. I'm a bit 
afraid it's like putting datcat on <elementSpec> or <equiv> (as opposed 
to putting it on <pos> or <gram>).
