Sorry, but for the slow-witted amongst us, what is the purpose of this 
change? Simply to have a separate "Templates" directory containing 
appropriate template files for use within Oxygen? That sounds like a 
good idea. I don't mind renaming Exemplars either, but calling it 
"anything-templates" seems likely to lead to confusion with the new 
Templates directory. How about "Customisations"?
