[tei-council] reimbursement form: Virginia or Brandeis?

I've sent mine to the address mentioned in the form, which, I most
sincerely believe, should redirect to whoever in the world is on it now,
right?

Got no response so far, but I come from *nix culture, so no news is good
news to me.
