Hi all,

I've got this ticket:

The remaining issue on the ticket boils down to the similarity between:

milestone/@unit:

and refState/@unit:

They have the same lengthy set of suggested values, except that the 
first has two extra values ("speaker" and "unnumbered"). If the 
discrepancy between them is accidental, then they should be brought into 
line, and perhaps a new attribute class for these two definitions of 
@unit (distinct from the one in att.dimensions) should be created. 
However, if there is a reason for the discrepancy, then they will need 
to be maintained separately.

Can you take a quick look at this, and see if you can see, or remember, 
any reason for these attribute definitions to be different? Please write 
back to the list or comment on the ticket.
