I expect you've done something like

 - uploaded a file with a DOCTYPE pointing to a local DTD
 - uploaded a file with entity refs but no DTD
 - used OxGarage when it was having its nap after lunch

why you two use OxGarage when the job is a command-line away, who knos :-}
