The wynn (U+01BF) and yogh (U+021D) should be there, I think; in my
DejaVu Sans Mono they're available. So maybe that's just an update
that's needed somewhere.
The others are very basic CJK glyphs, and should be available in any
font that supports CJK. How do they end up needing to be rendered in mono?
