[tei-council] Links in examples

contains an example with the line "Les amoureux fervents et les savants 
austères" the example links to 
http://www.tei-c.org/release/doc/tei-p5-doc/en/html/ref-lg.html but is 
should link to 
http://www.tei-c.org/release/doc/tei-p5-doc/fr/html/ref-lg.html (i.e. it 
should link to the fr version not the en version).

I tripped over this doing new examples for 
https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/Text_Encoding_Initiative

Is that a trivial fix, or should I open a ticket about it?
