[tei-council] TEI ODD meeting after DH2012

Dear Council,

Good news that our panel on TEI ODD was accepted at DH2012. As 
you know it is my suggestion that we organise a working meeting 
immediately after the conference (the Saturday/Sunday) and that 
the TEI-C would provide money towards a couple extra nights of 
hotel for those speakers who need it.  Depending on whether there 
are costs for rental of the room, and how many of them need a 
couple nights extra hotel, we might also be able to invite 
specific other people to stay on after the conference (e.g. from 
the council) and contribute to a couple night's hotel for them. 
(Food will not be covered.)  Since I know people book flights and 
accommodation quickly, I want move as swiftly as possible on this.

If you are attending DH anyway, could you let me know:
a) whether you are want to and are able to attend the  sat/sun 
meeting? (if so, make your travel plans accordingly)
b) whether you need whatever flat rate I can get out of the TEI-C 
for one or two nights?
c) suggestions of other people to invite (potentially paying 
their hotel a well)

When I have an idea of the figures I'll be approaching the Board 
with the more detailed budget for this event.
