[tei-council] Ann Arbor spring meeting

I can see the availability of the room Becky reserved for 
Monday-Wednesday and see that it's available on Sunday as well.  Nobody 
ever uses that room on the weekend, and the building opens on Sundays at 
10 a.m., so I'm sure it will be available all day for us to use.
