We probably have some degree flexibility on this, especially if everyone 
doesn't need it. The draft budget was done assuming 3 nights hotel at 
each meeting. But we might be able to get discounts which could offset 
some people staying for a fourth night.

(of course, in interest of saving more of the budget for other work, I 
remind council members if they know of any institutional or other 
funding for such things as travel to start applying for them now. ;-) )
