no problem with dates. I'll need to do a new stylesheet release before then, to 
get the Guidelines formatting right.

we have not resolved the issue about  AdBlock and "msad". can we choose
between

   1. ignore it. caveat blockor.
   2. rejig our IDs to use "mss" instead of "ms" (a pain, and breaks published links). would it work?
   3. rejig the stylesheets to rewrite all refs as tei_$whatever (needs dev work, breaks published links)

My personal preference is in the order above.
