Ooops. He's right you know.

Can anyone remember which of CC-BY and CC-BY-SA we intended to use? I 
can't find any reference to such a decision in Council mail, though I 
didn't look very closely.

Sorry, there is a mismatch about the Creative Commons license.

The PDF version of the Guidelines
(http://www.tei-c.org/release/doc/tei-p5-doc/en/Guidelines.pdf) states
on page ii that CC BY-SA 3.0 Unported is the chosen license and on page
iii that CC BY 3.0 Unported is the chosen one.

Which one is the chosen license? Is ShareAlike a requirement or not?
