Thanks Gabriel. I made a few minor changes to reduce its size. And also 
took opportunity to add mention of <spGrp> which I'd forgotten

I saw Laurent briefly this morning, but before I could say anything to 
him about pushing buttons, he'd rushed off to a meeting in Brussells. 
Should be back tomorrow though!
