[tei-council] Chapter PH (11) now available for final proofreading

Very sorry I overlooked those Piotr -- have now responded.

Can I urge Council members again to take a look at this. It is a MAJOR 
REVISION to the Guidelines in terms of content we are about to release 
on an unsuspecting world, not just a matter of tidying up. Though it is 
amusing to see how many of the typos now being reported have been in 
this text forever!
