If the people assigned a ticket find
it is impossible due to lack of time, find some one else to take it over; if they
find it is impossible because its just too hard to get the solution
right, then they report here and delay to next release.

I have no problem doing mine as they relate to Guidelines, 
but not necessarily the Stylesheets or Roma ones :-{
