Two quick notes about the minutes:

(a) _Many_ of the ticket numbers had a extra digit, usually an extra
leading '3'. This looks like a text processing error somewhere. I've
been through and I believe all the numbers now work and match the
description in the running text.

(b) There are references to the google docs speadsheet and textual
document, which I've not added links to because I'm not sure whether
they're public or not.
