[tei-council] imprint for TEI P5 in PDF

Nothing wrong with the code, just the facts are wrong!
The original intent was that the TEI hosts were considered to provide a
local habitation for the "TEI Consortium", but if we consider that that
entity has now migrated successfully into cyberspace, probably we dont
need no <docImprint> at all.
