[tei-council] Our next f2f, news, etc.

It seems that James and I had the same idea in parallel last week. The council is probably the best place to identify among the available competences who would basically channel the debates (with vision of course ;-)). The turnover could be somehow rather systematic since we have created a spirit of strong complementarity in the group and I must say the level is always really high.
We should come with the best ideas on this subject in Paris.
