[tei-council] TEI: questions for candidates and continuing committee members

Actually, there is a difference this time, because statements are coming 
from continuing Council members as well as candidates for election. I 
assume that if I structure the document to make it clear which is which, 
no one will object to making all the responses part of the same 
document?
