Good work. Just a couple of points while you're there:

"trasitional" -> transitional

"that is that Tite" -> is that Tite

I didnt spot any explanatory link to "TEI Lite" but maybe I wasnt 
looking closely enough

"additional application of markup" -> "application of additional markup"

I think if you say that leaving out the header is "purposeful", you 
ought to explain what the purpose is.
