Not sure that I understand that. The Sherpa service tells you what
different publishers' default policies are: it doesn't provide licences
as such. I'd find it hard to translate one of those pages into a licence.
The other thing that worries me is that these pages always say things
like "publication date" (rather than -- say -- "2 jan 2012")
We don't have any obvious way of doing that in att.datable do we?
"period" is as close as we get and that's not very...
