Just to say that since 3064182 is fairly uncontroversial, and assigned
to me, I was just going to go through the descriptions and main location
the element is discussed to check that there aren't more
limitations/assumptions in the prose. Previously these attributes are
those which were defined ID/IDREFS but now are xsd:anyURI. However in a
couple places we've said things like 'in the same document' or similar
which now don't necessarily apply. (And indeed the power of using
xsd:anyURI is partly that these can point to elements in separate
documents.)
I'd expect rephrasings to be uncontroversially minor to things like 'in
another location' which doesn't necessitate it being in the same
document. I'd prefer to just go and make the changes as I find the
problem though, rather than get approval for each one first. But I'll
keep a list of them to report back on to council.
In my head I'd scheduled doing this during the next week, and would be
happy to report on any changes I've made at the TEI Council Meeting.
