All,

In case you are visiting friends while in Chicago and debating specific 
plans, please know that Martin Mueller and I are working on arrangements 
for dinners on Monday and Tuesday.  Attendance is not required -- no 
business to be conducted then -- but the opportunity to build 
camaraderie with your fellow Council members is not to be missed!
