good, thats correct, it cant work unless source is installed

in the real world, you'd not do this. You would add the repository to your
/etc/apt/sources.list and do eg
 apt-get install tei-p5-database
and everything would be taken care of you for you.

Sorry, I should have made it clear that this is for dirty-fingered testing,
not real life.


the "_all" means "it works on all architectures"

indeed, and I need to fix that, as the packages are all architecture
agnostic, since they have no binaries
