[tei-council] FR nuncles: new element tei:objectType

Because there may be more than one tei:objectType for any given text 
(each of which might be described in the prose content of 
tei:support/tei:p); and because we need to be able to point using @ref 
to an internal or external taxonomy of object types. (As illustrated on 
Elli M's DH2010 poster, as I'm sure you all remember!)
