[tei-council] What happened to the nuncling?

Of the four items we looked at:

<http://wiki.tei-c.org/index.php/Council_FR_assignments>

One is marked "Postponed", which is what we recommended, but the others 
are still "Open". All have recommendations from us, waiting to be voted 
on by the rest of the council.
