All,

I've created a wiki page for minutes of the Dublin Council meeting, into 
which I've put my draft of minutes from Friday morning:

Brett and Dan will add theirs here as well, allowing us all to offer 
corrections and additions before someone creates a final version encoded 
in TEI to put on www.tei-c.org.  Please help us fill in the gaps of this 
productive discussion
